Replicated, Printed 12cm CDROM with insertion into Card Wallets

Whats Included?
We will supply you with a finished 12cm CDROM, printed on-body using either silkscreen or offset litho process. Your content will be replicated onto each one and finally, each disc will be inserted into a custom printed cardboard sleeve, printed 4/0 on-body using offset litho printing.

What do I need to provide?
We require artwork to be supplied to the specification we stipulate and a master disc from which we will replicate. We can not accept digital uploads of master content for DVD, so you must send a physical master disc (CDr or CDrom) which can be posted to us. Artwork specs are shown below.

Full Colour On-Body Printing
Our price includes full colour on-body printing (offset litho or silkscreen printing). We will choose the optimum printing method based on the artwork you provide. Offset Litho is a premium photographic print using CMYK whereas silkscreen is the traditional method for printing pantone references.

Professional Replication
Replication is the traditional method used to produce your DVD discs. The process consists of three main parts, Glass Mastering, Injection Molding and finallly, On-Body Printing. The Glass Master is created from the disc you provide us in CD-R format. The content of the disc you provide to us, is transferred onto a piece of pre-conditioned glass and then onto a metal stamper which is used in the injection molding machines to 'press' the discs using polycarbonate. Once the disc production is complete, the discs are moved onto the printing machines.

How do I proceed and order
From the drop down menu below select which quantity you require and click Order Now. Follow the on-screen instructions to checkout and pay for your order. At the end of the process, you will gain access to our Production Notes form, which allows you to inform us, how you will be providing the artwork and master disc for copying.

How to Provide Artwork & Data
Please post your data / master disc to us via courier or royal mail. Our address is confirmed in the order receipt generated by our website. You can post artwork files to us via our company Drop Box located here. NOTE Make sure, you write your order ID number clearly onto the discs you send to us.

Artwork Specification
Artwork must be provided in AI, EPS or High Resolution PDF with CMYK colour profile at a minimum of 300dpi resolution.
