The CD business card is a perfect medium for deploying corporate information, whether it's excel spreadsheets, power point files, flash presentations or complete websites.
We have specialised in the production of business card media for many years, but have until now, not produced quantities less than 1,000 units. For many companies, this is too much so we have added extra machinery which allows us to produce on-body printed and duplicated media in low volumes.
Full Colour On-Body Printing
We print your artwork on-body using
silver or white base media. Our printers output CMYK and we can match your
colour artwork directly from the embedded ICC colour profiles. This process is
finished through our 'supercoating' system which ensures the finished disc is UV
coated, scratch and water resistant with vibrant colours.
Suitability
This process is outputs a premium photographic quality
print onto the surface of the discs. It is applied by a four colour inkjet
process onto a white/silver base disc which is finally sealed with a UV coating.
The output is stunningand is capable of producing both photographic and complex
gradients of colour. If your artwork is more graphic based and uses gradients or
fades, this CMYK service which will be better suited to your need resulting in
stunning output.
Professional Duplication
Using high tech automated duplication
machinery we will copy from your provided master disc (cd-r or cd-rom provided
to us). We support recognised standards in duplication covering Red Book for
audio, Blue Book, White Book and Green Book for Macintosh.
Production Shedule
From receipt of artwork, we will take between 1-5 working days to provide you with printed cards and clear plastic wallets, depending on the quantity you order.
Capacity & Size
These cards are 50mb in capacity with dimensions of 61mm x 85mm with a printable area of 59mm x 83mm.Supplying Artwork
Artwork must be supplied at 300dpi with CMYK colour profile and all fonts converted to outlines. We prefer to receive .AI or .EPS files although high resolution PDF can be accepted sometimes. We use a professional RIP software to retain the embedded ICC colour profile ensuring a perfect colour match.
