Mini Jewell Case

We call them the 'JCase' which is the same material as a standard CD jewell case. It is clear and looks great with the custom printed mini CD's in. Click on the 'More Images' tab to view enlarged images.

Full Colour On-Body Printing

We print your artwork on-body using silver or white base media. Our printers output CMYK and we can match your colour artwork directly from the embedded ICC colour profiles. This process is finished through our 'supercoating' system which ensures the finished disc is UV coated, scratch and water resistant with vibrant colours.

Professional Duplication

Using high tech automated duplication machinery we will copy from your provided master disc (cd-r or cd-rom provided to us). We support recognised standards in duplication covering Red Book for audio, Blue Book, White Book and Green Book for Macintosh.

Production Schedule

From receipt of artwork, we will take between 1-5 working days to provide you with printed cards and clear plastic wallets, depending on the quantity you order.

Capacity & Size

Supplying Artwork

Artwork must be supplied at 300dpi with CMYK colour profile and all fonts converted to outlines. We prefer to receive .AI or .EPS files although high resolution PDF can be accepted sometimes. We use a professional RIP software to retain the embedded ICC colour profile ensuring a perfect colour match.
