Duplicated & Printed using premium full colour on-body thermal re-transfer printing, which is UV protected and water/scratch proof.

Whats Included?
We will supply premium media, provide professional on-body printing and duplicate your data or audio onto each disc. We then supply the finished discs in cakebox for protection during transport to you (unless other packaging option is chosen)

Free Disc Serialisation
We offer free disc serialisation on this if you require. We can serialise any numbers you provide so that each disc has it;s own unique number.

Full Colour On-Body Printing
Using state of the art printing machinery, we print directly onto the surface of the disc, using a thermal re-transfer printing system which emulates CMYK. We print onto full surface discs from 23mm through to 118.5mm. Artwork is supplied in RGB colour profile for this printing method.

Suitability
This process is outputs a premium photographic quality print onto the surface of the discs. It is applied by a three colour ribbon onto a white/silver base disc which is finally sealed with a thermal roll. The output is stunning, however this process is unable to re-create complex gradients of colour. If your artwork utilises the white/silver base or adopts a single colour background and or photograph, it's ideal. However, if your artwork is more graphic based and uses gradients or fades, consider using the CMYK service which will be better suited to your need.

Professional Duplication
Using high tech automated duplication machinery we will copy from your provided master disc (cd-r or cd-rom provided to us). We support recognised standards in duplication covering Red Book for audio, Blue Book, White Book and Green Book for Macintosh.

How do I proceed and order
From the drop down menu below select which quantity you require and click Order Now. Follow the on-screen instructions to checkout and pay for your order. At the end of the process, you will gain access to our Production Notes form, which allows you to inform us, how you will be providing the artwork and master disc for copying.

How to Provide Artwork & Data
Please post your data / master disc to us via courier or royal mail. Our address is confirmed in the order receipt generated by our website. You can post artwork files to us via our company Drop Box located here. NOTE Make sure, you write your order ID number clearly onto the discs you send to us.

Artwork Specification
Artwork must be provided in TIFF or BMP format, with RGB colours at 300dpi. Please ensure your artwork is on a 120mm x 120mm canvas and do NOT show the center hole or any aspect of the template.

Multiple Master
If you have several masters e.g you want to order 3 x 100 jobs, simply select 100 from the drop down menu and specify 3 in the option box. You can write specific job notes for us, using the Production Notes form, available in your account area.
