Whats Included in this Offer
We will supply the Vinyl Style media, provide professional on-body printing and duplicate your data or audio onto them for you. To finish off, we will insert the completed discs into custom printed 4 panel DigiPaks.
Using state of the art printing machinery, we print directly onto the surface of the disc, using a 6 colour thermal inkjet printing system. We print the 62mm inner area, excluding 32-35mm stacking ring.
Professional Duplication
Using high tech, automated duplication machinery, we will copy from your provided master disc (cd-r or cd-rom provided to us). We support recognised standards in duplication, covering Red Book for audio, Blue Book, White Book and Green Book for Macintosh.
4 Panel DigiPaks
DigiPaks are printed using high quality 300 gsm card on full colour Heidelberg offset presses. The digiPaks are finished in either soft-matt or a high-gloss laminate. The digiPak flexi tray colours available with the printed digiPaks are black, clear and white.
How do I proceed and order
From the drop down menu below, select which quantity you require and click Order Now. Follow the on-screen instructions to checkout and pay for your order. At the end of the process, you will gain access to our Production Notes form, which allows you to inform us, how you will be providing the artwork and master disc for copying.
How to Provide Artwork & Data
Please post your data / master disc to us via courier or royal mail.
Our address is confirmed in the order receipt generated by our website.
You can post artwork files to us via our company Drop Box located here. NOTE Make sure, you write your order ID number clearly onto the discs you send to us.
Artwork Specification
Please supply hi-res artwork (300dpi)
using CMYK colour. Please ensure your artwork is on a 62mm x 62mm
canvas and do
NOT show the center hole, stacking rings on any aspect of the template.
You can supply artwork via our drop box (ask for details) and we accept
JPEG, TIFF, BMP, PDF, AI, EPS formats.
SuperCoating Finish Option
Once the vinyl disc is printed on-body, we
will run it through our 'supercoating' process which will add a gloss finish which
UV protects the media plus adds a scratch and water protective coating. The
finish gives extra vibrancy to the print quality and longevity of the product
ensuring it stays fresh over time.
Artwork Template(s)
Multiple MasterIf you have several masters e.g you want to order 3 x 250 jobs, simply select 250 from the drop down menu and specify 3 in the option box. You can write specific job notes for us, using the Production Notes form, available in your account area.
Order Timescale
Please allow 8 - 10 working days for this to be completed. Whilst we are capable of producing the media itself in house, within a short timescale, the paper parts elements takes longer. We are aiming for 8 day turnaround + delivery but during busy periods this could be 10 working days + delivery. If you had a deadline, please ask us before ordering.
