CD-ROM Vinyl Style Discs for those wanting a mastered disc
Whats Included in this Offer
We will supply a 2 colour silkscreen printed vinyl style disc with
the grooves you know and love from the CD-R version. These discs will
be replicated, printed and inserted into a 4 colour card wallet with
final shrink-wrap.
2 Colour Silkscreen Printing
The suface of the disc will be printed using a 2 colour silkscreen process.
Replicated Media
Unlike the CD-R version, this disc offer is for a mastered CD-ROM and
as such the base of the disc will be silver. The surface of the disc
will be black vinyl grooves with a customised silk-screen printed inner
ring area.
Custom Printed Sleeves
These CD sleeves are full colour printed using Offset Litho and are
printed 4/0 front and back. The Vinyl CD is inserted into the middle
before being supplied to you. The printed sleeves are a gloss finish as
standard, although we can offer matt finish at an additional cost.
Final Shrink-Wrap included.
How do I proceed and order
From the drop down menu below, select which quantity you require and click Order Now. Follow the on-screen instructions to checkout and pay for your order. At the end of the process, you will gain access to our Production Notes form, which allows you to inform us, how you will be providing the artwork and master disc for copying.
Artwork Specification
Artwork supplied as High Resolution JPEG (300dpi) using RGB colour
profile. Please ensure your artwork is on a 62mm x 62mm canvas and do
NOT show the center hole, stacking rings on any aspect of the template.
Artwork Template(s)
The below card wallet templates should be used to layout artwork. You
can select the template according to the style of your choice. Refer to
the artwork guidelines for info on how to prepare your artwork.
How to Provide Artwork & Data
Please post your data / master disc to us via courier or royal mail.
Our address is confirmed in the order receipt generated by our website.
You can post artwork files to us via our company Drop Box located here. NOTE Make sure, you write your order ID number clearly onto the discs you send to us.
Order Timescale
Please allow 10 working days for this to be completed. Whilst we are
capable of producing the media itself in house, within a short
timescale, the paper parts elements takes longer. We are aiming for 8
day turnaround + delivery but during busy periods this could be 10
working days + delivery. If you had a deadline, please ask us before
ordering.
